1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the NK Izola mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility and account responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate, current information.
- You may maintain only one account per person.
- You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the app for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harassing activity.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or use automated means to access the app or its data, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Impersonate another person or interfere with another user's access.
If and when live chat features are enabled, you must not post harassment, spam, threats, or hate speech. We may moderate or remove messages and suspend or ban accounts that breach these rules.
4. Purchases
All purchases take place on our external Shopify-powered shop, not in the app. The app links to the shop but does not process payments or store payment card information.
Purchases are governed by the terms, delivery conditions, and refund policy displayed on the shop website. Order history in the app reflects orders placed through that website.
5. Content and intellectual property
The NK Izola name, crest, branding, app, news articles, match reports, and other club content are owned by or licensed to the club. You may not copy, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit them without permission, except as allowed by law.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant the club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content as needed to operate the app. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
6. Notifications
Push notifications are optional and may be selected by category, including matches, news, and academy updates. You can change your preferences in the app or disable notifications in your device settings.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. For serious violations, we may act without prior notice. You may stop using the app or delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The app and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.
We are not responsible for the availability or operation of external services, including the shop, social sign-in providers, or other third-party services. To the fullest extent permitted by Slovenian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any mandatory rights or jurisdiction available to you as a consumer remain unaffected.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will publish the revised terms, update the effective date, and provide an in-app or other prominent notice when a change is material. Continuing to use the app after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
